Nita is the Founder and Managing Partner at NNU Immigration, where she advises multinational companies on all areas of business immigration to the United States. She also has extensive experience with criminal waivers of inadmissibility and renunciation of citizenship.
Nita has practiced US immigration law for 20 years, starting her career at an international immigration law firm in Arizona and California before moving to London. She is a former Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, EMEA Chapter. Ms. Upadhye is recognized in Who’s Who Legal, the Legal 500 and Chambers and is known for being “incredibly helpful and detailed in her approach.”
