July 2020 Final Action Dates for Employment-Based Adjustment Applications
In a pragmatic move, USCIS have confirmed they will accept employment-based adjustment applications in July from foreign nationals with a priority date that is earlier than the Final Action Dates listed in the State Department’s July Visa Bulletin.
To file an employment-based adjustment application in July, non-US nationals with a US employment sponsor must have a priority date that is earlier than the date listed below for their preference category and country.
